The life and times of the Godfrey ten.

Old Timers Update.

I have been reconnecting with some old cronies from college. Therefore I feel nostalgic and I think I need to post some old timer photos. Some more photos of the big hair, sweet stach, and acid washed jeans. Problem is I need to scan them in, so for now these will do. Oh, btw the scanner is broke so I had to take photos of the photos, hence the flash in the pic. I apologize that the quality is so low, but you can get the idea. I will keep looking for some more old ones throughout the year.

Now you know what Tra saw in me eh? No comments re: my manhood please. Remember, this was the  80’s and I was everything that the 80s stood for. It appears I also did not lack modesty or confidence.

See above comments: This was while I was commercial fishing. I was “da cook” and I was “da bomb” as well, if it is not readily apparent from the picture. You cannot tell me that that is not an excellent hairdo! Don’t be hating!

Yes her tonque is sticking out, that was their “thing” in college. Tye used to suck their cheeks in, stick out their tongue ans talk in a goofy voice. I don’t remember what they use to say, but it was obviously awesome enough for me to fall in love.

Tracy and David Meece, when she was 17 I think.

I don't remember what this was all about.

All those led to this, the greatest event to ever occur in Moberly MO. They still talk about it to this day. In fact I think it is a state holiday if I am not mistaken.

The biggest problem on our honeymoon? They don’t sell the best hairspray over there. Made it tough for both of us!

This was in Eklutna. I am sure we won the battle. It wasn’t until we were done getting our casts for the broken bones that they told us we were suppose to play in the water!

In memory of the Exxon Valdez, this was us working on the oil spill. You can see it was very difficult work.

Well that is enough for today. I have hundreds more that I will post over time. Please be gentle with the comments as we have put ourselves out their for the world to see. Oh yeh, don’t be jealous!
